I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I initially got wasn't as advertised, but after requesting a change, I was pleased with the beautiful poolside room overlooking the gardens and pool. The service was on the slower side, but the staff tried to make up for it by offering a discount. The location was convenient for exploring both south towards the overseas highway and north towards Miami and the Everglades. The dining options were decent but lacked variety in the breakfast buffet. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with two large pools to choose from and a tiki bar. The rooms, although in the back away from US 1, were surprisingly comfortable and quiet, with cool A/C and a mini fridge. The service was super friendly and accommodating, with lovely staff who took care of everything for us.
